  1. Choose a page and watch the matching letter. Notice where the pencil starts and which way it moves.
  2. Print a copy. Check your printer’s preview so the practice lines fit the page.
  3. Try a few examples together. Replay the demonstration when another look would help. Focus on one useful detail, such as the starting point, shape, or size.

You choose how much practice suits your child or class. There is no need to finish every line in one sitting. You can also follow the free videos on ordinary lined paper.

These sheets demonstrate individual letters. For practice with joins and words, use a consistent model and the adult-led activities in our cursive beginner’s guide.

Can I try the videos without buying worksheets?
